2 Changed screen now have rear camera issues
I changed the screen on an iPhone 5s and now I am having dark pictures and the app is glitchy and stops taking photos when flash is turned on. Front camera works fine. Could this be a poorly seated cable? Or something else entirely?

Like you said, if you did not knock off any components during the screen replacement, it is very likely just a poorly seated cable. I would dissemble the phone and reseat the flex cable , cleaning with alcohol if you see any corrosion or debris.
