My email is not synching
The setting section shows that the Master synch switch is in off position. Cannot locate where to turn it back on and dont know how it was changed.

On android 6 and 5 its settings>accounts and then press menu (the three dots at the top) >auto sync

I spoke too soon. The email synced at the time I used your solution but it is still showing that the MASTER sync switch is in the off position. Another site recommended to swipe 2 fingers from the top down (??) But was very scarce in detail and did not work. This is so frustrating and i am aeppreciative of any help. Sheila

can you turn on the master sync switch? Also make sure your network isn't set as metered.
