How to install Google Play Services on a Chinese version Android TV?

My Sharp LC-50LE860M is an Android (4.2.2) TV; but a chinese version without google play services. need to install youtube. I tried different versions (5.x to 8.x) of google pay services APKs. doesn't work. in order to use YouTube, i need to have google play services. can anyone advise? please.
