Where to buy a new lens assembly for LX100?

i have a same problem, if you solve yours please tell me how

People sell lens units, or whole lx100s for parts on eBay .The units on there at the moment are described as new-refurbished (whatever that means)and they're not cheap. They’re about £200 and about £35 postage from US to UK, so if you’re in the States you won’t get so stung for delivery .A very nice man called Philip at a Restart Project event in Kentish Town London walked me through disassembling mine following ifixit instructions…it’s a bit fiddly, but with care and concentration it’s achievable ….even putting the little creature back together again!
