My acer is not coming on. it wont charge

my acer iconia A1810 is not coming on or charging, could it be the battery. the internet said the battery is AC13f3L, the one i have is a AC13F8L which one do i order.

My AC13F8L isn't charging or coming on could it be i need a new battery. the internet stated the battery is a AC13F3L my battery said its a AC13F8L which one is it.
