I think I got a bad battery?
so I replaced my battery and i checked the capacity and it turns out my battery is only 67% capacity

Calibrate the battery. Let the phone go down to 10% then plug it in and let it charge with out be interrupted until it reaches 100%. If you still have battery issues then yes you have a defective battery. Replace it with a new one under warranty from were you purchased it.
