My wifi is dropping very frequently (h/w prob)

Suddenly my wifi was not working. And i later found out that it is a hardware problem as when i presses hard below the 2nd mic it could connected. But i am afraid that it might damage the chip if i continue this. Plz can anyone post a video on wifi antenna replacement on sony zr it will be v helpful..
