ODIN stuck at intialization

Now I've tried USB jig to boot it to Factory mode instead of the usual download mode method. Both have it stuck at initialization. I didn't even bother trying much troubleshooting steps because this is a common issue for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S. Has anyone actually solved that issue on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S?

It's stuck at Samsung splash boot logo and just boot-loops.

Recovery doesn't boot too. I think motherboard / logic board is no good.
