iPhone 6 screen wont turn on after replacement screen from different 6

I took a phone screen from another 6 and put it on a different iphone 6 and when i try to turn it on i get nothing. The phone has been without a screen for a while and i tried to charge it but still nothing. The screen i put on works , just not on the other iphone 6 i put it on idk if i did it wrong or what

First differentiate a no boot issue from a display issue. See if the phone is detected by iTunes.

my iphone had the same problem and is now undetected by iTunes and won't power on at all
