I've searched for this quite a bit, and couldn't find it anywhere, but please point me to it if there's a decent explanation on it.
When I look through my gallery and enlarge a specific picture, then press the three dots at the top and click on more info, there's a graph next to the exposure and aperture info.
Does anyone know what it is, or why it's there?

Most likely, this graph is the image histogram. It shows the distribution of lightness values in the image. Experienced photographers use the histogram to judge the correct exposure of the image. More advanced cameras might show 4 histograms rather than one, one for overall values and one for each primary color (red, green, blue).
When you edit images in editors like Photoshop, you can display a histogram that shows the effect of any modifications of brightness and/or contrast you are applying.
