Why my phone is not getting switching on

hi,

Actually my iphone 4 got a power button problem so i opened all the parts to see what is the problem then i again closed all the parts with a good connectivity only but now phone is not getting switch on,when i connect to P.C the memory and software installed

but my phone not getting on.

So please do me a favour
