Ho un Samsung s4 che inserendo la sim non viene riconosciuta e sul display appare nessuna Sim ...ho già sostituito il lettore sim

Check if the phone still has a IMEI number and/or baseband located under Settings > About Phone > (Status)

If it doesn't then your phone has a hardware issue which can't be easily repairable.
