Hi,
Check the following setting is set to on.
Go to Menu > Settings > Wireless and Networks > more > Mobile networks > Data Connection. tap to enter and select on.

yes I am trying to send pictures to your iphone
send pictures to my girl friends iPhone, it worked before now its not working
there is no data connection, only data usage
