The Charging Light Keeps blinking Orange and not turning on.

I replaced my Top screen for the system. Everything was fine when i put it back together. The ribbons were all connected and everything. But for some reason when i put the battery in and turned it on it wouldn't work. So i stuck the charge in and all i got was a blinking orange charging light. When i hold down the power button the blue light turns on for a split second and then it goes off and back to blinking. I got a new battery but that didn't work either.
