Will it still contain phone provider

I have both the Blackberry 9800 and 9810 both need a new motherboard as I broke the spot where the Sim card sits and just wondering if the new ones will come with Rogers programed into them

replacement board should arrive sim-free (unless you've ordered it @ your mobile operator)
