I'm guessing this was a tempered glass screen protector? The thickness of the glass may be at fault. If it's very thin, there are chances of it breaking for no reason. It also depends on the surface of the glass digitizer, if it's slightly bending / warping due to how it's glued onto the iPad, this can be due to many factors such as dents on the iPad corners that cause it to not have a even mount which in result makes the iPad glass push up.

What do you mean? Did the glass digitizer get replaced for your iPad?

Yes,and the second front glass broke for like no reason.The one that the Ipad had when i bought it,when it broke,it was like a plexiglass and the screen was still working.
