The Canon EOS D-20 or D20 does not exist. Maybe you mean the 20D?
You can find the service manual for the 20D here.
(scroll down to just past the preview image, wait a minute or so until a link appears that says "Get Manual", click this link to download. The site is reliable, no malware, no crap, I got hundreds of manuals from there)
