Lower Ram Slot trouble

Thank you for such a wonderful site and helping us with your intelligence.

My problem resides in the Lower Ram Slot, as when I insert the lower & upper Ram in the upper RAM slot it works fine but when I try to switch on my laptop with both the RAM inserted, it won't switches on with 3 beeps with pause of few moments, also tried either of RAMs in the lower slot but the problem persisted.

After examining closely the pins on Lower Ram Slot I found that one of the pins in slightly more lower than others in the line, Is this might be the reason to cause problem??

or changing logic board is the only option left for me????

I have RAM of 8 GP =4+4.

If I use 8GB or 16GB of RAM in only one upper slot (which is working) would it cause problem at later stage????

Please help as I need solution ASAP, it causing me troubles on my JOB.
