Why is my Polaroid not letting film out
My green light is on but I still can't get the camera to push out the first film

yes my camera snap is doing the same thing i take a picture and my paper light flashes then it flashes red, i reloaded it and i also tried a new pack of film to see if the blue zinc one would help but didnt.. i dont know what to do
