If you haven't done this before, or don't do it often. It's probably going to be more difficult than you'd think. Could be easier on your wallet and state of mind, if you just go for the LCD/digitizer combo

It's SUPER SUPER difficult. Unless you have a LCD seperater machine, I would get the LCD/Digi complete front panel replacement.
