Where to get custom parts?

The buttons on my iDevices keep wearing out. I was thinking a solid state design with no moving parts, reactive to contact being made across two points, would be more reliable and I want something that fits the holes correctly and styled right. Anyone know of a place to get custom switches, cases, etc made?
