Android/Apple battery testing apps

Is there any good apps to test battery performance?

Ideally I want to charge the phone to 100% and run an app that will completely drain the battery and let me know of any problems with it. (i.e. cutting off at 32%)

@cvneutron - Of course use Coconut on Macs and highly recommend it but I don't know how to use it on an iPhone. Would you enlighten me?

You can plug in your iPhone to your Mac, and it'll show up as a device alongside the Mac.
