I just replaced the screen and follow all the instructions. I got a white screen and waited for the battery to run out to reset it. It did. However, the screen does not react when touched. What could be the problem?

Hello,
It could be problem with flex cable, or connector on motherboard. If you've got the old display you could check it. When you gonna put old one with working touch screen and it will work it's something wrong with flexcable on the new display.
-You could check too if flex cable is fully connected.
-You could try to recover ipod with itunes

Hi. I just replaced the front panel of the iPod. Did everything as the instructions. Once the white screen was reset, and came back to normal, the screen does not read the touch or take commands by hand. Nothing happened when it is touch by hand.
