Have you downloaded the proper Samsung software for your PC? If you have not, then that may be your problem.

Can you charge your phone normally with some like wall charger? Do you use the correct data tramsit cable when you connect to pc?

Riesco a ricaricarlo normalmente col suo caricatore adattatore usb da muro ma non mi si connette al pc tramite solo il suo cavo usb
