My phone ran out of charge and wouldn't turn back on after it had been charging and there wasn't the red indicator to show it charging so I held down the power and volume down button and selected fastboot then reboot and my phone now won't do anything or let me get to that menu again. Does anyone know how to get It back on??

The charge led not lighting up when connected to a charger could indicate there is an issue with the micro usb charge port on the phone or possibly a bad charger or cable. The charge port may just need cleaned or maybe it is damaged and needs replaced.
You could also try troubleshooting the issue by trying the solution I have mentioned in this answer. Device will not power on after battery ran dry?
