How to short motherboard to power
I know how you're suppose to just a mother board with a screw driver but this one won't budge

Make sure you are touching the correct 2 pins on the JPIN connector. And this may seem like a dumb idea but also make sure you're using a magnetic screwdriver and see if there is any difference.
