Apple logo continuous loop

My iPhone 6 keeps just showing the apple logo for about 5 seconds then going black and then reappearing for 5 seconds again. The first time this issue happened I was able to resolve it by putting the phone into recovery mode and then plugging it into my laptop and restoring it. However, the issue happened again and this time when I go to restore it, will begin downloading the firmware and what not but then it just disconnects and it says the device is no longer connected. Does anyone have any other ideas of how to fix this issue?
