I don't know... If those old things have Apple ID lock.. Anyways. So if it's like it was back then. You can just put it into dfu mode and restore it as a new phone. You'll lose everything you have goin on. But you'll be able to get in

On 3gs you dont will have icloud lock / apple id lock.
After you restore it you can use the phone agian. Or if you check on youtube, you can download the ipsw from the phone, after remove the password from the code and put it back.
