MacBook makes a really loud and strange noise

It started a few month ago and at the beginning i hoped it would stop at its own (i know thats stupid).

So I think the sound comes from the fan or since i red this answer forum, from the Harddisk. The Noise makes a specific rattling noise like "rrrrrrrrrrr" :) and its not a monologue sound it varies between loud and silent, fast and slow.

What should i do ??

Open it up and turn it on to see if you can locate the exact source of the noise. I'd look here first: Sostituzione ventola MacBook Pro Unibody 13" metà 2012
