Problem with entering fastboot
When i want enter fastboot mode or bootloader it didn't work ..... when i want to hardrest my htc also

Power button and volume- bt its only restarting not recovery or fastboot.
Htc desire 816g dual problem
Try to download hard reset app and try reset ..all the best
