Where to get / buy replacement IC chips for various smart phones?

does anyone know where i can get these IC chips?? moreso i would prefer to buy online so as they can be shipped to Kenya where i live.

MatmosKE, there are hundreds of possibilities. Most of those will be personal preference. You can try Farnell from the UK or Digikey from Europe. Be aware that shipping from any of those companies will be exuberant
