Sound coming only from one side through headphone

Hello

I Took my phone to a repair shop and my headphone jack was fine then.

But When I got my phone back the sound through my headphones is coming only from the left ear.

I don't really know what is wrong.. I think that they did not place the headphone jack correctly..

Is that possible?

I mean not placing the headphone jack correctly?
