The flash of a Nyx Noba cellphone is always turned on.

Hello.

I have a cellphone Nyx model "noba" which his flash doesn't turn off. I mean the flash always is turned on, even when the cellphone is turned off. The only way to turn off the flash is removing the battery from the cellphone. Is this a problem related to hardware or software? And how it can be fixed?. I hope someone can help me. Thanks.

Disassemble the phone and look for a possible corrosion and shorts. Most of the flash "always turn on" problem occurs when parts shorts with the other component.

Or it you may want to look at your apps (i.e. flashlight,dimmer,bulbon,etc.) it might be in the "turn on" mode operation stucked into it.
