Stripped laptop screws and removal

I have run out of tools to get at a couple of stripped screws to get at the motherboard. I have stripped screw bits, but mine don't fit in the recessed holes. Also, I wonder if there is a standard [or universal] replacement kit for the screws. Thanks in advance.

This site has some screws and removal pliers. I have never used the site, but it is well rated.

I am told placing a rubber band between the screwdriver and the stripped screw works. But I have not had much success.
