Phone will not turn on.

My Samsung s2 will not turn on. The blue light will flash and sometimes the Samsung logo will appear then the screen immediately blacks out . also when the phone plugs in it shows to be fully charged but when I unplug the charger the phone is unresponsive. I have removed the battery for a couple of minutes and reinstalled .....nothing.. , reset the phone.... Nothing..... Plugged it into my laptop.... Once again ... Nothing... Any not suggestions? Phone has NOT been dropped, damaged, or introduced to water in anyway
