My Galaxy Ace Plus is grounded how can I fix it!

hi! my galaxy ace plus is grounded, my battery is getting drain faster even if I didn't use it. I thought it was my battery but not, because I buy a new battery and it drain fast same as my old battery. And when I remove my battery after an hour when I put it back it still 100%. So I think my phone is grounded, how can I fix it! please help.
