It's caused by a tear in the printer foil, or lack of grease on the elemement

It occurs because due to irrelevant size of paper and to fix this error follow this:
First you have to find out and remove any paper stuck in the loading tray
From rear of the printer Clearing the jam
Always Pulling paper out from under the front cover
Make sure that print carriage can move freely.

Your printer must have a sheet of paper in the fuser, it is common that this kind of problem brings a bad function on the paper feed. This sheet of paper must be enrolled, i mean turning around the fuser and it of course, is stacked and starting a new cicle each time you try to print. You must try to extract that usefulness sheet of paper and you will see that everything is gonna be fine after that.
