Type of hard drive needed for replacement

Can someone please post an online link of where I can find a mechanical hard drive ( 1 TB would be suitable) that would fit into my Lenovo 15-D laptop and the specifications of the hard drive. I tried fitting a normal 2.5" SATA HDD but it needs a slimmer one.
