How can I extract my memos to my computer with ablack screen?

My phones screen recently inadvertently stopped working, and thankfully Samsung will be sending me another phone for free. However, in my notes are lists of passwords (not prudently backed up anywhere). I was wondering if anyone in the IFixit community has any ideas on what I should do. My screen is fully responsive; I just can't see anything and don't have the procedure remembered in my head to save the notes elsewhere.

My best guess would to either

1. fix the screen and save the notes

2. extract the notes via a computer
