Charging Connector For Externally Charging Battery

Macbook Pro 17 inch Mid-2010 Battery Repair

Hi.

I have a Mid-2010 Macbook Pro battery that was removed from my Macbook Pro. There is a flat connector on the battery itself and I would like to use the battery to power other projects.

Is there a connector I could purchase (or make) that would allow me to charge it (outside the Macbook) by plugging the connector into an adapter and then into a charger?
