Help! my ipod5 wont charge but will turn on with battery low sign and keeps on spamming it was a day i was charging my ipod then it stopped charging and i was like

Looks like your battery needs to be replaced. If this is an older model, it's most likely out of juice.

I tried replacing the battery with a brand new one (very difficult to find), but unfortunately it hasn't resolved this issue.
Please let me know if there is anything else i can check?

My iPod won't turn on and can't reboot it with the home button bc my home button doesn't work.

Not video, just a regular iPod 5th Generation.
