I am trying to replace this broken screen for our customer, the model number under the battery is G900F so we ordered replacement screen online and once we took the old screen off we found the connections are completely different even on the opposite side. Take a look at the pictures. Anyone have any idea why this phone is different?

That display you have a picture of that is the customers device looks NOTHING like a samsung amoled.

That screen from the phone is not a Samsung s5 screen, period. The connectors are in the wrong places, and the main connector is the wrong type for an s5. Also, s5 assemblies do not have that metal cover over the back of the LCD. Can you post a picture of the rest of the phone? You're certain the model number is G900F?
Until I see the rest of the phone, I'm tempted to say that you're dealing with a knockoff s5. Which I have no idea how to find parts for a counterfeit phone.

Samsung's lcds often had (have?) a metal plate like that on the back of them (similar to the galaxy mega) but the amoled displays have no backlight so no need for it.
I'd be willing to bet that's an LCD where the amoled belongs, meaning thats not a GS5, at best its a fake. The boards on the fake ones are usually also a mess of inexpensively engineered parts and will have total junk for a charge port and buttons
