In need of camera guide, proximity sensor guide and earspeaker grill.

I purchased an iphone 5 wit a working lcd but a busted screen. the screen took the most damage in the ear speaker area thus the proximity sensor clear plastic guide, camera clear plastic guide were not salvageable. I purchased a screen thinking this would be a fix all but it did not come with these guides. Nor did it come with a ear speaker outter grill. I need this as it was missing as well. Where can i find such parts to buy? How do i replace the grill because the screen is preassembled yet doesnt have the piece? Thanks a ton!
