booting problems and kernel panics.

I own MacBook Pro mid 2012 intel machine. A few days back my Macbook used to freeze during startup and then ultimately it completely crashed. I replaced the HDD and checcked for a bad RAM but everything seemed OK. Also when I touched the area around HDD it caused the machine to freeze.

Please help me with this problem.

My first suggestion would be to replace the HD/IR cable, be sure to get a new one.
