Webcam not turning on

So I was gonna Skype my friend back home the other day, but Skype told me there was no camera connected. WHAT DO YOU MEAN ITS RIGHT THERE!!! It worked perfectly until now. Please help!

I would advise first to refresh your webcam settings. Sometimes, there is a small glitch and just needs to find the program.

If not, check to make sure the camera application works. Go to the start menu and search for "webcam" or "camera" and double check that its connected.

it could be a problem with the webcam driver try to check it
