Can I repair my iPhone by a display replace only?

I accidentally dropped my iphone.

after that,when my screen is on low Brightness i observed a persistent increasing of Blue/Yellow Colour component.

So, the question is: can i repair only by following a display replacement guide or are there other pieces to replace?

If there is an issue with the colors in your display this can only be solved by replacing the front panel. This is pretty easy as long as you follow the guide from ifixit
