Is combining 2 systems a probable fix?

I have two XBOX systems, one seems to not get any power and the other one does but will not have anything on the output. Could I swap some parts over and possible fix the issue? I think the one with no power has a fried hard drive but not sure if that's it or the motherboard.

jcouture2moh, yes you can for as long as you identify the cause for each console not working. I would pick the one with no power. Possibly just a bad power board. Open the consoles up and take a good look at the individual problems.
