My phone was working perfectly a few hours ago, but when I went outside after a while it just turned off suddenly. I've been trying to charge it, but it just won't charge at all what should I do?

If it was either too hot or cold outside it would typically refuse to charge until you've waited until it goes back to room temperature. If that wasn't the problem you may just need to purchase a new battery and replace it.
