Are the front camera, proximity flex interchangeable on the 5, 5c, 5s?

I repair phone and was wondering if you can use the iPhone 5 flex cable and the earpiece speaker on the 5c or the 5s? I know you would have to switch out the earpiece speaker because of the contact points.
