stuck screw in laptop case

I have a laptop I was going to take apart to apply new thrmal paste. All base screws removed and keyboardrremoved I now have one screw that is stuck under the keyboard it just spuns.

Looks as this the part it screws into under the motherboard has snapped off the base how can I get this screw out ideally I need to remove the head of the screw from the top of the case as I can't get the top off to get the board out.
